At canvasGemstone.com, we are committed to delivering your orders quickly, safely, and at the best possible rates. Please read our shipping and delivery policy carefully to understand how we process and deliver your orders.
1. Order Processing
All confirmed orders are processed within 72 business hours (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
Once processed, you will receive an email and/or SMS confirmation with tracking details.
2. Shipping Coverage
We currently deliver across India through our trusted courier partners.
International shipping is available to select countries (please contact us before placing an order).
3. Delivery Time
Metro cities: 3–5 business days.
Other locations within India: 7-10 business days.
International orders: 10-15 business days (depending on customs and destination).
Note: Delivery timelines are estimated and may vary due to weather, courier delays, or unforeseen circumstances.
4. Shipping Charges
Free shipping is available on all prepaid orders above ₹1000.
A flat shipping fee of ₹200 is applicable for orders below the free shipping threshold.
International shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on destination/package weight/package dimensions.
5. Order Tracking
Once shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email/SMS.
You can track your order status anytime on our website or courier partner’s portal.
6. Delayed / Undelivered Orders
If your order is delayed beyond the expected timeline, please contact our support team at hello@canvascrystals.com with your order ID. For failed deliveries due to incorrect address or customer unavailability, re-shipping charges may apply
7. Damaged or Missing Items
If your package arrives damaged or items are missing, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with pictures/videos of the package.
We will investigate and arrange a replacement/refund as per our policy.
