1. Return Eligibility:
Damaged or defective products: Must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with photo/video proof.
Custom or personalized orders: Non-refundable unless damaged.
Digital products: Non-refundable after download.
- Refund process: Initiated within 3-5 working days after approval.

2. Refunds:
If approved, your refund will be processed within 3-5 working days after approval.
3. Non-Refundable Items:
Customized or personalized items
Digital products: Non-refundable after download.
Products damaged due to misuse or incorrect handling
keeping in mind that on firm & confirmed purchase, you, as a valued customer, would get an expiry limit of upto a max of 2 days’ time to complete/save your download (if you miss, it would be treated as expired purchase & refund would be null & void).
