Shipping Policy – CanvasCrystals
At CanvasCrystals, we take utmost care in safely packing and delivering your Natural Mineral Bracelets & Crystals, Energy Inspired Artwork, and collectibles across India and worldwide.
1. Processing Time
- All confirmed orders are processed within 3–5 working days.
Custom Inspired Artwork or made-to-order items may take longer (mentioned on product page).
2. Shipping Charges (India)
Pls also refer ‘Recommended flat shipping rates shall be applicable (India)’ below :
Flat Shipping Fee : ₹99 on all orders below ₹2,000;
Free Shipping : Orders above ₹2,000 from & within India.
Heavier art pieces and sculptures may have special shipping charges (clearly Mentioned on the product page).
3. Delivery Timelines
Metro cities : 7–10 working days after dispatch.
Other locations : 10–15 working days depending on courier coverage.
Remote or out-of-delivery areas may take additional time.
4. International Shipping
Vailable on select products. Charges and delivery time vary based on destination.
Customs duties/taxes (if any) are the buyer’s responsibility.
5. Order Tracking
A tracking ID will be shared by email/WhatsApp once your order is dispatched.
You can track directly on the courier partner’s website.
6. Packaging & Safety
All crystals and art pieces are carefully bubble – wrapped and secured in protective boxes.
Fragile items are insured against damage transit.
7. Delays & Exceptions
We are not responsible for courier delays caused by natural calamities, strikes, or customs hold, political unrest/disturbances.
However, our team will assist you in tracking and resolving issues with the courier.
Recommended flat shipping rates shall be applicable (India)
- ₹49 – ₹99 → Light Natural Energy Crystals’ items (bracelets, jewellery, cards, small Energy Clusters, ≤ 200g)
- ₹99 – ₹199 → Medium items (1–2kg, like Energy Inspired Sculpture Paintings, big Natural Energy Crystals’ Clusters)
- ₹199 – ₹299 → Heavy items (3kg+, fragile art pieces)
